I plan trips for people who've given everything to their business so they can remember who they are, and figure out what's next.
Not a vacation, not a work trip, but something built around what you actually need it to do for you.
About Bianca
I’ve lived this.
I spent almost 15 years running my family business — scaling it, fighting for it, and eventually learning what it costs to when you pour everything into something you also love. I know the particular kind of tired that comes with being a founder or working in a family business.
Now I plan trips for people living that same reality. Not because I'm a great travel agent; plenty of people are. Because I know where you’re coming from & what you're actually walking into, and I build the trip around that.

How This Works
Logistics, handled perfectly. Plus a little something more.
A good travel advisor books your flights and finds you a nice hotel. I do that too — but I'm also thinking about what this specific trip needs to do for you.
I know the pressure you're carrying.
I've run a family business. I recognize what's underneath a request for "somewhere quiet" or "somewhere I can think."I find the meal you'll remember.
Restaurants that will be on the next “Best of…” list — even in cities I've never been. This is one thing people tell me I'm exceptional at, and I lean into it hard.I have people everywhere.
A network of fellow business travelers and founders means real intel, real recommendations, occasionally a warm introduction — not just a guidebook.
Who I Work With
People who own or work inside a family business — currently in it, easing out of it, or newly exited and on the other side. Traveling for work, traveling to think, or finally traveling just because they can.
If that's you, I’d love to help you get to where you need to go.
What I Plan
Business trips, done right — flights, stays, and the reservation that actually matters
Personal add-ons to a work trip — an extra day, a partner joining, a meal worth flying for
Solo or small-group trips built around space to think
Let’s Plan Something
Tell me where you're headed, or what's going on — a trip you need handled, a break you're overdue for, a milestone you're marking. I'll take it from there.
Common Questions
-
For a standard trip — a work trip with a personal day added on, a solo trip, a small getaway — my planning fee is a flat $150 right now. That covers the full itinerary, all reservations, and me as your point person before and during the trip. A handful of trips (multi-city, multi-week, a lot of moving pieces) run closer to $250, but that's rare and I'll always tell you upfront before any work starts, never after.
One more thing: I'm in the first 30 days of taking clients, and this rate is part of that — more on that below.
-
Because I'm building this business the right way: starting with the people I trust, at a rate that reflects a new advisor gathering real experience, not an established one. This isn't a discount on something that's normally worth more — it's an honest founding rate, tied to a specific season of the business. It won't stay this way, and that's by design, not a bait-and-switch.
-
No — you pay my planning fee once, upfront. Hotels, resorts, and other suppliers pay me a standard industry commission for booking through them, the same way any travel advisor works. That commission doesn't add anything to your cost — you'd pay the same rate booking direct. My fee is specifically for the time, research, and judgment that goes into the plan itself.
-
I'm opening a short window to work with a small number of people at this rate, mostly so I can get real experience planning a range of trips before I set permanent pricing. If you've got a trip coming up in the next few months — work, personal, or both — this is the best time to bring it to me.
-
You can absolutely book your own flights and hotel. What you're paying for here is judgment: I've run both family businesses & startups, so when you tell me you need "somewhere quiet" or "a trip that actually gives me a break," I know what that means without you having to explain it.
I also have a born instinct for finding the meal or the experience that makes a trip memorable, even if you’re going somewhere I've never been myself — plus a network of fellow founders and business travelers for real intel, not guesswork. An AI tool can build you a list of restaurants. It can't tell you which one you'll actually be glad you went to.
-
That's a completely normal place to start. Tell me what's going on, even loosely, and I'll ask the right questions to help you figure where to go from here.
-
You fill out the form above, I reply within a day or two with your fee confirmed and to schedule a time to talk it through.
After that, I build a draft itinerary, walk you through it, and once you approve, I handle the booking. You get direct confirmations for everything, and I'm your one point of contact if anything needs to change — before or during the trip.

That's who I understand best, and who this is built for — but if you're not in that world and something here still resonates, reach out. I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, executives, and VC’s. Let’s have a quick call and an honest conversation to see if this could still be a great fit.
